Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program.
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs.
- CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance and safe client transfers.
- Maintain a healthy home environment with linens, light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders and document vitals.
- Engage clients with mind-body activities and reminiscence.
- Document care notes and report changes to RN or Care Supervisor.
