Job summary

Nova Leap Home Health - Summerville is seeking an In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes under supervision. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship, ensuring adherence to care plans and policies.

You’ll work with a team of supervisors, maintain strong client relationships, and help families navigate daily care needs with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must complete all mandatory training and educational sessions.
• Must have prior direct patient care experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals following the client’s care plan.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, and skincare.
• Assist with transfer and mobility using safety equipment.
