Job summary

The Supported Living Group is hiring a Behavioral Technician (BT) to serve as Life Skills Coach and Job Coach for individuals in Connecticut ASD Waiver services. This full-time, in-home and community-based position covers multiple clients with focus on routines, communication, and community integration.

You will follow ISP, document promptly, and communicate with Program Manager and BCBA. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to follow written plans and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home and community-based supports per ISP.
• Help with daily living skills, routines, and self-advocacy.
• Implement behavior strategies as written without modification.
• Document clearly and promptly for ASD Waiver requirements.
