LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking an On Call Behavior Therapist to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes. The role offers flexible hours, part-time or full-time opportunities, and strong professional support.

You’ll provide one-on-one behavioral support, follow plans created by licensed professionals, and help teach daily living and social skills through engaging, play-based strategies. Data collection and collaboration with supervisors are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow individualized behavior plans designed by licensed professionals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
