Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months of prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care setting.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to multiple assignments/locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team and management.
