Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Ramsey seeks an RBT or trainee to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings. Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., part-time position with potential for training and growth. Benefits may apply for those who qualify.

Role focuses on implementing ABAbased programs for youth with developmental disabilities under supervision, with strong emphasis on data tracking and progress feedback to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License; reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.
