Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network in Massachusetts and seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on implementing individualized behavior plans with children and documenting progress in session data.

You will participate in ongoing ABA training, communicate with supervisors, and have opportunities for advancement within a clinician-owned agency that values parent engagement and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
