JD Home Healthcare in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home services in the Saint Cloud area, part-time. You will support individuals with challenging behaviors and contribute to high-quality care.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a High School Diploma or GED, background check clearance, driving privileges, and a reliable vehicle. You’ll work closely with management to ensure compliant, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age and able to meet program requirements.
• Able to pass a background check by the MN DHS.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding areas as needed.
• Clear driving record with no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services to individuals with challenging behaviors.
• Implement and monitor support plans and individual service plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state standards and laws.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery with management guidance.
• Gather and document information to support needs and goals.
• Track data daily in line with company expectations.
• Communicate with managers about behavioral incidents.
• Uphold confidentiality of individuals and staff.
• Fill Direct Support Professional roles as needed.
• Administer medications when required.
• Assist with cash transactions and track receipts.
• Help individuals with daily living activities.
• Perform duties with willingness to go above and beyond.
