Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in field-based settings (home, school, community). Sessions typically run 2–4 hours, 2–5 days per week, with flexible afternoon/evening hours to fit student schedules.

Your role involves implementing BCBA-designed plans, data collection, and collaborating with families to promote communication and daily living skills in natural environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required for in-home travel).
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes for one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized, BCBA-designed ABA treatment plans.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
