Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on delivering personalized ABA interventions and collecting data to track progress.

You'll participate in ongoing staff training, communicate with supervisors, and have opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing, clinician-owned agency that values family engagement and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in home-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
