Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement one-to-one behavioral plans directly in the homes of clients, under BCBA supervision, while engaging in ongoing staff training and data collection to track progress.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA experience and hold a BA in a related field or be pursuing relevant education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience is required.
• BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in home settings.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability is required.
• Collect therapy session data and document progress.
