Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in home-based settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA plans, engage with children and families, and collaborate with supervisory staff to track progress and adjust interventions.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience or related education, with weekday and weekend availability. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided within a supportive, clinician-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
