Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in home settings under BCBA supervision. You will participate in ongoing staff training, communicate regularly with supervising clinicians, and collect therapy data to inform progress.

This role requires 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education, with weekday and weekend availability to support families across our network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
