Chimes in Allentown, PA seeks a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee behavior management plans for IBHS clients, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation under supervision. The role offers a part-time schedule with potential to transition to full-time.

Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling and relevant experience. Duties include supervision, documentation, training, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• One year of full-time mental health services experience with children, youth, or young adults.
• Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint history; providers are not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee behavior management plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and provide behavioral consultation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization services when needed.
• Complete required trainings and supervision sessions.
