Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinical oversight and supervise RBTs across in-home, clinic, and school settings in the Columbia area of SC. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy in collaboration with families and caregivers.

The role requires a BCBA credential, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and at least two years of autism experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• BCBA certification current.
• At least two years experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct behavioral services when needed
• Supervise RBTs, BCBAs, and practicum students
• Deliver caregiver and RBT ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Ensure ethical and effective practices in crisis response
• Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams
