Qualifications

• Masters degree in relevant field and BCBA certification.
• Current Texas LBA license required.
• Experience delivering direct BCBA services.
• Commitment to assent-based ABA and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Ensure ethical, assent-based ABA service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance.
