Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing direct BCBA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.

Skills

Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent-based ABA

Experience providing direct BCBA services

Supervision and mentorship

Education

Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing
