Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing San Antonio team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and mentor staff in assent-based ABA within a clinic-based model.

We offer leadership growth, strong clinical support, and a family-centered culture. Compensation includes $80,000–$110,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Texas LBA license.
• Experience providing direct BCBA services.
• Commitment to assent-based ABA and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Ensure ethical, assent-based ABA service delivery.

Required Qualifications
