Job summary

Ascend is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team of RBTs and deliver evidence-based ABA services in clinic and clients' homes, schools, and community settings.

You will supervise 8–10 RBTs, oversee treatment plans, ensure fidelity, mentor families, and collaborate with schools. Requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, BACB supervisor training, licensure eligibility, and ability to travel locally. This is a full-time role based in Glendale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and supervision experience.
• Completion of an 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training.
• Eligible for state licensure where required.
• Ability to maintain licensure, credentialing, and CAQH attestation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Behavior Technicians to accelerate client outcomes.
• Supervise and connect with each RBT weekly.
• Serve as the coaching manager for assigned RBTs, including interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations, delivering performance feedback, coaching performance, and participating in corrective action.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Maintain approximately 22 billable hours per week while managing a full clinical caseload of ~240 direct treatment hours.
• Coordinate scheduling of supervision overlaps, assessments, parent trainings, and other clinical appointments.
