Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities across Long Island.

This part-time role focuses on program supervision, assessments, and family treatment sessions, with weekend availability. You will collaborate with families and clinical directors, maintain detailed records, and stay current with ABA best practices while providing high-quality, accessible care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.

• Conduct Family Treatment sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Experience (bonus Points)

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
