Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This part-time role involves program supervision, assessments, and developing ABA treatment plans in the home and family setting.

The position emphasizes family training, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions, with weekend availability helpful.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• BCBA certification or in process.
• 1–2 years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities in home settings.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.

Location and Type of Service: In Home Supervision and Family Treatment planning

Part- Time: Program Supervision and Family Treatment throughout the week including weekends

Pay Rate: $80-90 per hour

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide program supervision
• Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
• Conduct Family Treatment sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
• Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Preferred Experience (bonus Points)

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
• Flexible Scheduling(Saturdays and Sundays) 8-10 hours
