Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver in-home design consultations for bath and shower remodels in the Greater Raleigh area. You will assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and build trust to close sales in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment.

Training is provided with virtual sessions and weekly office visits. Earning potential starts at $120,000+ in the first year, with top performers exceeding $200,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated success with One Call Close environments.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to drive within a 100-mile radius.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home design consultations to residential customers interested in bath and shower remodels.
• Assess customer needs and present tailored remodeling solutions that align with design preferences and functionality.
• Provide a high level of customer service, building trust and rapport throughout the consultation process.
• Demonstrate strong closing skills by confidently navigating complex conversations to secure sales.
• Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Measure bathrooms accurately based on project specifications (baths, showers, jetted tubs, conversions).
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments, no cold calling or prospecting required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
