Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative in-home sales experience (home improvement background preferred).

• Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work Monday-Saturday as needed.
• Physical ability to access and inspect basements, crawl spaces, and foundations (lift 20+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule: Run appointments throughout the day—mornings, afternoons, or evenings—based on customer availability.
