Abraham AC in Florida is expanding our Home Comfort Advisor team across Broward & Palm Beach County. This is NOT a technician role. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.

You walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using our proven Right Away Selling System. Average performers earn $150,000 to $200,000 per year, strong performers around $250,000, and top performers $300,000+ per year. Commission-only — you eat what you kill.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C sales track record in related consumer markets.
• Top producer with a track record of high performance and awards.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, clean background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using the Right Away Selling System.
• Manage in-home appointments and maintain a high conversion rate with pre-qualified leads.
• Collaborate with team and utilize company sales processes to maximize earnings.
