Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We offer customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

As a Behavior Technician, you work under the supervision of a BCBA in home settings, implementing plans, collecting data, and communicating with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
