Job summary

Impact Home Health is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Attendant Caregiver to provide in-home support in Lyons, KS. This full-time, weekday role offers pay ranging from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, with shifts Monday through Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and flexible availability for days and early mornings as needed.

The caregiver will assist with daily living tasks, companionship, and safety in client homes, travel locally for assignments, and participate in orientation and ongoing training while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving, direct-care, home health, personal care, or closely related experience
• Active CNA license or prior non-medical caregiver experience strongly preferred
• Valid Kansas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to assigned client homes
• Must be able to pass all required background checks, screenings, and onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care assistance as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting client preferences and routines.
• Report changes in client health or safety to supervisor; maintain accurate visit documentation.
