National Recruiters is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for in-home health assessments across New Jersey. You will visit patients in their homes to perform comprehensive health assessments, review medical history, reconcile medications, and document findings in an EMR, using clinical judgment to identify health concerns.

This flexible, independent role offers per-visit pay with hours defined monthly, and opportunities to cover multiple counties.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment required.

Mansioni

• Visit patients in their homes to perform comprehensive health assessments.
• Review medical history and current health conditions, and reconcile medications.
• Obtain and document vital signs and perform focused physical assessment.
• Document assessment findings in an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Communicate professionally with patients and provide compassionate care.

3+ years clinical experience

Active NJ RN license
