Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate, or eligibility to obtain.
Knowledge of federal/state regulations (HIPAA, OSHA).
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and follow-ups.
Educate patients on disease management and preventive care.
