Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring and interaction with people served, including training on planning.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and safety tasks.
• Prepare meals per dietary orders and stock groceries.
• Recognize crisis states and deescalate when possible.
• Maintain Nurse Delegation compliance and documentation.
• Ensure attendance at appointments and coordinate activities.
• Transport to facilities and events as needed.
• Model appropriate communication and grooming; assist housekeeping.
• Communicate hand-offs at shift changes and collaborate with team.
• Follow health and safety procedures for house and vehicles.
