Northern Pines Mental Health Center in Little Falls, MN seeks a Mental Health Practitioner to join our ARMHS team. You will teach and support symptom management skills and collaborate with adults who have functional impairment due to mental health conditions.

This role emphasizes behavioral health principles, documentation, and coordination with providers to promote independence, social skills, and daily living activities in a community-based setting.

Qualificações

• Must qualify as a behavioral health practitioner as defined by Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• 2,000 hours (approximately one year working full-time) of supervised work experience in the delivery of mental health services.
• Master's or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields OR completion of coursework with practicum/internship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and collaborative rehabilitative services to improve psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living.
• Teach and support symptom management per ARMHS guidelines.
• Document timely and maintain individual client charts.

Conhecimentos

Strong writing skills

Formação académica

Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields

2,000 hours supervised work experience in mental health services

30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in Behavioral Sciences with practicum/internship
