Job summary

Basics LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in client homes throughout the DC area. Our team runs goals created by a BCBA and teaches skills related to language, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma; RBT certification is preferred and ABA experience is valued. The role requires English communication, travel to sessions, and occasional administrative tasks. Training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• RBT certification preferred.
• 1 year ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA sessions with autistic clients in-home, in schools, and community for ages 2–26.
• Implement written interventions with individual, specific goals written by the BCBA.
• Collect plus/minus data on correct answers and write simple session summaries.
• Communicate with and coach family members and home service providers on interventions and goals.
• Travel to sessions throughout the DC area and perform other duties as assigned.
