Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Riverside, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will support children and families, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and supervisors to implement behavior plans.

The role offers flexible part-time hours (10–15 per week) with availability after 3 PM, requires transportation to client locations, and provides opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT certification.
• Must be available at least 3 days per week for 10 hours or more, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions.
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Track client progress during sessions.
