A leading agency for children's therapy in New York is seeking an Entry-level ABA therapist/Behavior Technician. As part of the team, you will implement treatments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, provide in-home therapy, and enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have a strong passion for working with children and are willing to obtain necessary certifications.
Qualifications
1+ years providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques.
Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules.
2+ years experience with children on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy.
Log daily observations and report client progress.
Skills
Effective communication in English

Education
Registered Behavior Technician (or willing to obtain)
Completed the 40-hour RBT Course
