Job summary

Budding Futures in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will deliver individualized interventions, collect progress data, and support families in implementing treatment plans.

Paid RBT training is provided, and roles include full-time and part-time options. Applicants must be able to travel to clients in the Aurora 80018 area and have reliable transportation to service local families.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
  • Experience working with children.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients in the Aurora area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
  • Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
  • Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
