Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Norton, MA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our therapy team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and contributing to their growth and independence.

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBAs and other professionals
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, utilizing tools and software as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
