Job summary

Kids First in New York City is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC. This part-time, in-person role offers a chance to make a real impact while building a long-term career within a mission-driven team.

You will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy, work with a BCBA to support skill development, and track progress in a safe, positive environment. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, location, and availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with children (preferred, not required).
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks.
• Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
