Job summary

Kids First Services, Inc. is a fast-growing ABA agency serving clients across New York. We seek a Behavior Technician to deliver 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children and teens reach treatment goals.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those willing to obtain certification within three weeks. Enjoy flexible part-time hours (with potential full-time), a competitive hourly salary of $21–$30, and a mission-driven team in Manhattan, NY.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ABA therapy experience in school or home settings.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT course or willingness to take it through the company.
• Proficient English communication.
• Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time hours.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Report to client homes for sessions and ensure a safe, positive environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality care and support.
• Log daily observations and collect data to monitor progress.
• Receive remote and/or in-person supervision by BCBA to ensure proper techniques.
• Contribute to seeing extraordinary progress as children develop new skills.
