Job summary

Sunny Days of California is hiring part-time Behavior Technician and RBT therapists to provide in-home ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. You will create a fun, motivating learning environment and implement individualized ABA programming under a BCBA/supervisor, using reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping to support progress.

Responsibilities include collecting data in Central Reach, responding to challenging behaviors per the plan, and supporting social skills and daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RBT certification preferred or in progress.
• 1 year ABA field experience preferred.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, motivating learning environment for each child.
• Implement ABA programming under BCBA/supervisor guidance.
• Use reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping techniques.
• Collect data and track progress in Central Reach.
• Support socialization and daily living skills.
