Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. The RBT works directly in clients’ homes, implementing one-to-one behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, and communicates regularly with supervisory staff to ensure accurate data collection and progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in related field (or are pursuing related studies), and a valid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
