Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing individualized interventions, data collection, and ongoing professional training in a supportive, family-centered setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience and holds active RBT certification, with flexibility for weekday and weekend availability across home visits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• Active RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
