Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. This in-home RBT role operates under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in clients' homes.

The position requires weekday and weekend availability and ongoing data collection to monitor progress. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field (or are pursuing related education) with a valid RBT

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one ABA behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
