Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement one-to-one intervention plans, collect session data, and participate in ongoing staff training.

The role requires weekday/weekend availability and strong communication with supervisory staff to ensure quality care for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioural intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
