Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Accokeek, MD. You will work directly in homes, implementing individual intervention plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data to monitor progress.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit, and an active RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is expected as part of a busy pediatric caseload.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Collect therapy session data and track progress.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
