Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Denver area. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and collect data to track progress. Paid training is provided, and roles include both full-time and part-time positions with PTO.

Experience with children and reliable transportation are required to travel to clients' homes in the Denver area.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification current or willingness to obtain one; paid training provided.
  • Experience working with children in care or education settings.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
  • Ability to travel to clients in the Denver 80249 area as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.
  • Support parent training goals set by supervising BCBA.
  • Communicate professionally with families and clinical team.
