Master It Behavior Therapy is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support children and individuals with autism. In this paid role, you will implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of BCBAs, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and communities.

You will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data, and adjust strategies to foster meaningful progress. A compassionate, reliable, and organized approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification required.
• Experience delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Ability to collect and interpret behavior data.,
• Ability to travel between clients with own vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, discrete trials, implement behavior protocols and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement ABA principles.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Strong communication with families and team.
