Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides in-home therapy for young children with autism. Therapists work 1:1 in clients' homes, implementing ABA-based strategies to promote development and independence.

We are seeking a part-time line therapist to join our team. Responsibilities include data collection, family involvement, collaboration with other therapists, and travel to client homes within the Milwaukee/Oconomowoc area. A driver’s license and ability to lift 30 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a car and willingness to travel within Milwaukee, Oconomowoc, and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience with young children or children with disabilities.
• Ability to lift ~30 pounds and move easily from a seated position.

Responsabilités

• Work with the child in skill areas such as conversation, fine/gross motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
• Integrate the child’s family into therapy sessions.
• Collect data and make data-based decisions.
• Learn strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a team of therapists.
• Travel to the home of each client on the therapist's caseload.
