Job summary

Astra Aba is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans and use ABA techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET.

You will collect data, document progress, and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA. Join our team to support communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic skill development while collaborating with BCBAs, families, and colleagues to ensure high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
