Job summary

One Step Forward in Newark, NJ is hiring a bilingual ABA Therapist to work one-on-one with a child in the home. You will implement an individualized ABA program under BCBA supervision and support a Spanish-speaking family.

The role is schedule-based, with weekday after-school and early-evening hours, consistent weekly caseload, and pay of $22-$32 per hour paid biweekly. Spanish and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in the child's home.
• Teach communication, social, play and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs.
• Collect accurate session data and complete notes.
• Communicate with caregivers in Spanish and English and with your supervising BCBA.
