Job summary

One Step Forward is hiring a Bilingual ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work one on one with a child in the Newark, NJ area. You will support a Spanish speaking family with clear communication and a steady weekly routine, and you will build real hands on ABA experience while you do it.

Fluent in Spanish and English is required. The role is part-time with weekday afternoon and evening hours, consistent caseload, and ongoing BCBA supervision and support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
• Dependable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in the child's home.
• Follow a program written by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, play, social and daily living skills.
• Collect data and complete short session notes.
• Talk with caregivers in both Spanish and English.
