Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services for individuals with ASD. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus and a flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours from 2pm to 8pm.

You will support treatment plans, collect data, and maintain open communication with families and supervisors, contributing to client progress and service quality.

Qualifications

• In-home 1:1 ABA service delivery for individuals with ASD.
• Ability to follow patients' treatment plan and collect data.
• Excellent communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
• Preferred: 1 year in special education.
• Preferred: 1 year in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Use behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease behaviours that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
